Description
Abstract
NodeMcu esp8266 based multi-parameter monitoring using MCP3008 that measures and controls various global parameters. The sensor that can be tracked is temperature, light intensity, fire sensor, and gas level. The sensor value is collected and it was stored on the microcontroller. Here NodeMcu esp8266 acts as a master node and the slave node is MCP IC. The NodeMcu esp8266 is a microcontroller the controller collected the data of the sensor. The MCP3008 is SPI protocol from this communication we read the sensor value if any abnormal value means the motor will stop and the buzzer will continuously blow. After the application of the program, NodeMcu esp8266 will get to execute.
Existing System
In the existing system, the parameter is monitored by ARM controllers. In the ARM controller, we need more software to monitor parameters.

Block Diagram Description
- In this block diagram, we have a sensor and control unit & alert unit.
- Nowadays industrial is most of the people are working. If any issues mean we have to monitor the problem. But in this, we have a sensor to sense the issues in industrial and this value are sent to the MQTT android application
- Normally industrials are using gas parameters. If any leakage means gas sensor measured and send to the microcontroller.
- In industrial most danger means a fire accident only. That why we added the fire sensor to measured and values are read by MCP 3008 ic.
- Continuously ruing equipment means motor only the motor is continuously ruing means the motor temperature will be increased the temperature sensor measured and if any abnormal value means the motor was stopped by the microcontroller.
- Wastage power saved by the LDR sensor. The LDR sensor is measured the light intensity. If any unwanted lamp should on means microcontroller make off the lamp.
- In this method, an extra alert system means a buzzer. The abnormal value gets by the microcontroller buzzer will continuously blow in this project.
