Description
Introduction
BCI is one of the greatest technology of Bio Medical department. This is the technology by which, we can get the feedback from the brain to make it useful for an application. BCI uses EEG (Electroencephalography) detecting the minute electrical activity happening on the neurons. The device used in this project is Brainsense, one type of EEG measuring device. The platform used here is Matlab and controller is Arduino.
Abstract
The main objective of this project is to make one real time car for the paralyzed people, which is operated by the Brain. The feedback from the brain like Attention, Meditation or Eye blink. In this model we used Eye blink to operate the real-time car.
Existing System
In the existing system, for paralyzed people there are lot of prototype as wheelchair. And there are some miniature wheelchair for the paralyzed people.
Proposed system
In this proposed system, we designed real time car, for paralyzed people. This car is multi-functional, it can be controlled by mobile as well as Brain. For Android controlled, it does not require Matlab. However, for brain-controlled application it needs matlab requirement for signal processing of real time brain values. This model also contains arm setup to pic or place object present in the path.

Project description
This project is mainly for paralyzed people, the Real time Desire car which gonna be very useful for them to go anywhere. Brainsense should be placed in the Head, the device responsible for taking brain parameter, which has 2 electrodes, Main & reference electrode. The Main electrode placement in the head is Forehead, where the Pre-frontal lobe of the brain lies. From that lobe, we can get feedback like Attention, Meditation and Eye blink. Those paramters can be extracted using signal processing done on the Raw-EEG wave obtained from the sensor using the Matlab.

- Matlab 32-bit version(Laptop/PC can be any version)

- Arduino RC Android app (Optional while using android controlled car)
Conclusion
This concludes with the Real time Desire car, for paralyzed and also project for the robotic hobbyist to design the real time car controlled by the android mobile.
