ABSTRACT

The talking standee is used in many Marketing stalls, which is used to market about the product when any person stands in front of the standee. This system is designed using Raspberry Pi to make the system to speak about the product which is already given as the text file or else makes it project video about the product.

BLOCK DIAGRAM DESCRIPTION

In the above block diagram PIR sensor is connected to the Raspberry Pi, to detect the person who closes to the standee. Then Monitor is connected to display the video of the product and the speaker is connected to give the speech about the product.

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This is the Talking Standee as having the core system as Raspberry Pi, System will prompt to enter the text about the product which should be speaking out to the visitors. Then also we can make a system to deliver that text as speech and also make that to project the video. Whenever someone stands near to the Talking standee.

  • SD Card Formatter
  • Win32 Disk Imager (or) Etcher

 

LIBRARIES USED

  • Rpi.GPIO as GPIO (To access GPIO Pins of Raspberry Pi)
  • Time library (For Delay functions)

 

CONCLUSION

This system is the Low-cost Talking standee, which can be easily reprogrammed to make a system to project video or to give a speech about the product
