SPARTAN3 Development Kit is an exclusive general-purpose development kit for the SPARTAN family. The intention of the design is to endorse the engineers and scholars to exercise and explore the capabilities of FPGA architectures with many communication protocol ease. It integrates on board UARTs, VGA, keypads, LCD and Traffic Light controller module, to create a stand-alone versatile test platform.
