Abstract

This paper presents the development of a Multilevel Gas Monitoring System using IoT. This can measure the gas level and any abnormal condition will happen means the email notification will send to the authorized person of the project. In this method, we need IFTTT, Thingspeak account than the only email trigger in the Thingspeak Matlab analysis application. We measuring methane, LPG, Air quality, alcohol, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen gas value and this value are upload to the Thingspeak cloud after uploading we analysis the value in Matlab. If any abnormal condition means the email will be triggered by IFTTT

Proposed system

In this system, we monitoring the multi-level gas’s using sensor and the sensor value is uploaded to the Thingspeak cloud in that cloud they have multi analyzing the application. The microcontroller is collecting the data in the sensor. this project we using six types of MQ-135(Air quality), MQ-3(Alcohol), MQ-9(Carbon monoxide), MQ-8(Hydrogen), MQ-6(LPG), MQ-4(Methane) gas sensors to find and save the industrial in danger soon. One more future in this value is uploading to Thingspeak the value is shown by graph manner and abnormal value is means the email will trigger by IFTTT. The email received the authorized person.
