Gene Expression Classification Based on Deep Learning-Deep Learning projects-Matlab

In this project,we use deep learning approach for classification of Gene expression.Deep learning is a theory that is originated from the artificial neural network that uses many layers of processing units for transformation and feature extraction. The input of each layer is the output from the previous layer. Deep learning consists of several types of architectures such as DNN, CNN.Gene expression data commonly have a large number of features and a small number of samples. The gene expression data are very different from one to another, this differentiation among data and the feature’s large number make the classification for gene expression data challenging. In this study, for classification we assessed the accuracy for most powerful deep learning’s algorithms such as Deep Neural Network,CNN with the preprocessing technique.
