Abstract
This system was developed to avoid the goods calculation errors in the factories. By using this color based method , we can easily sort out the calculation errors. In this project , we have used TCS3200 color sensor for find out the color of the goods or products, by assign the color to the controller like red , green ,blue , yellow etc. If the controller finds that particular color , it will move the robotic arm to the particular direction like forward, backward , left, right etc. This will help the many industries to sort out their goods.The data’s from the color sensor will be stored in the cloud. So the end user can accsess the data at any time.
Proposed system
In this project, NodeMcu ESP8266 used as a main controller. TCS3200 color is connected with controller. If the controller find out the particular color, it will moves the servo which connected with robotic arm to the particular direction. Servo motor change the direction of the robotic arm to the different directions according to the color of the product. These data’s will be stored in Thingspeak cloud. So the user can get these data’s at any time for their future use.
