DEEP VESSEL TRACKING- Deep Learning projects-Matlab

In this project,deep vessel tracking is used by deep learning algorithm.This is the major retinal problem in eye.Because vessel tracking is needed.For tracking,PCA-reduced vector of the manual segmentations using convolutional neural networks (CNN) .Segment the entire retinal image window-by-window using probabilistic tracking methods that search the already-segmented-areas to select the next segmentation window and improves previous vessel segmentation methodology.

The proposed method uses the state-of-the-art deep convolutional neural network(CNN) to learn the appearance features of the target.The application of deep learning to the extraction of vessel.

Segment the new retinal image and that image into the trained network.It compared to the rseultant vectors.This method improved accuracy in vessel tracking using deep learning algorithm.
