Cigarette Smoke Detectors for Non-Smoking Areas in the Building

Abstract
         In this project , we can detect the cigarette smoke in a particular area. Some places are restricted to cigarette smoking. In that area’s we can use this cigarette smoke detectors. MQ-2 Gas sensor is used to detect the smoke , if the gas sensor value exceeds the predefined value, it will send the alert message to the respective persons . NodeMcu ESP8266 used as the main controller.

Proposed system
                Many places such as school , hospitals are restricted to smoking. This will affects the normal health of the public. So we have developed a system which detects the cigarette smoke.Mq-2 gas sensor which is useful in gas leakage detection and detecting H2, LPG, CH4, CO, Alcohol, Smoke or Propane. The sensor is connected with NodeMcu ESP8266. If the sensor detects the smoke , it will sends the alert message to the respective person,.
