Chairman

M K Jeevarajan has been chairman of the board of pantech since 2005 and heads the executive committee. He has served as a member of Pantech board of Directors since 2004

He is the co-founder of Pantech Solutions Pvt Ltd and is responsible for the company’s technological developments.

He earned a bachelor’s in Electronics & Communication engineering from Periyar University and his master’s in Applied Electronics from CEG, Anna University, Chennai. He has a vast experience in DSP, DIP, VLSI, Embedded systems, .Net, Windows forum and SQL server.

M R Senthil Kumar
Vice Chairman

M R Senthil Kumar is the Vice Chairman of the board of pantech since 2005. He has served as a member of Pantech board of Directors since 2004

He is the co-founder of Pantech Solutions Pvt Ltd and is responsible for providing strategic analysis of the company’s business and Support Company’s revenue generation.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication engineering from Periyar University, Tamil Nadu.

N Srinivasan
Chief Executive Officer

N Srinivasan has been Chief Executive Officer of Pantech since 2005. He has served as a member of Pantech board of Directors since 2004.

He is the co-founder of Pantech Solutions Pvt Ltd and is responsible for providing overall direction for Pantech Solution and its strong network of people and solutions.

He is a graduate of Periyar University, Tamil Nadu where he earned his Bachelor’s of Electrical and Electronics engineering Degree.

M Malaiyappan
Chief Financial Officer

M Malaiyappan has been Chief Financial Officer of Pantech since 2005. He has served as a member of Pantech board of Directors since 2004.

He is the co-founder of Pantech Solutions Pvt Ltd and is responsible for overall financial management, including internal audit, accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting and client relations.

He received a bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree from Periyar University, Tamil Nadu and a Master’s of engineering in Power Electronics from CEG, Anna University, Chennai. And he is an expert in Power Electronics.
